 Q. Do you offer on site service?

A. Yes, we offer on site service to Northern Mississippi, Memphis, and most of the mid south. If you would like to know if we service your area, please call the number listed at the top of the page.

 Q. Do you off remote support?

A. Yes, in fact, most problems can be resolved remotely. With our remote support software, we can fix your computer while you wait in the comfort of your home.

 Q. If I drop my computer off, how long will it be before it is fixed?

A. Generally, we can fix most problems while you wait in the shop. Relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and watch television while you wait for repairs to be completed. If we need to hold the PC to replace parts that we do not keep in stock, we will let you know how long we expect shipping on the part to take, and once the part has arrived, you can expect a maximum of 24 hour turn around time.
