My Samsung is Stuck on Sideways View. Settings are in Landscape. Can’t Scroll Through Contacts to Share Pictures Because of the Sideways View.

Go to Settings, turn off Display auto-rotation, reboot, then turn it back on.  Everything will work again as usual.
