Go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24677 Outlook Connector and install it.  Then Open Outlook, put your name, email, and password in the boxes.  When you are asked to use POP, Exchange, or Other; choose Other and scroll to Outlook Connector.  Enter Name, Username (email address), and Password again and everything will work fine.
