Change the chipset driver. You cant use the keyboard or any keyboard for that matter. You can still use the mouse, use on screen keyboard to reinstall the drivers, then upgrade to Windows 10. Don’t take it to You Break I Fix, because they lie and charge money to replace parts they don’t replace.

just nowI fixed this for your customer in 30 minutes without turning a screw. You could have saved yourself this review by calling me like I asked you to do so I could tell you how to fix this. Instead you all charged him for a keyboard that was not needed, and you told him his warranty was not good because he showed it to me. I told him to take it back to you and I would help you fix it after you gave him his money back for the keyboard that was not replaced nor needed.
