If you experience this event, remove Windows Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5000802) , Go to Uninstall or Change a Program, View Installed Updates, and Remove KB5000802. Then go to Services.msc, Windows Update, and disable this update. As well as 808 if it is there too. It changes the ports to Print Services. Hopefully Microsoft will patch this soon.
