Computer is now VIRUS FREE

Thank you, Rusty for taking the time to fix my computer on such short notice. You are the best! I wouldn’t get anywhere near the great service you provide. And you did it after hours — I will tell all my friends about you.

Roberta Lomax Tax Service

Roberta Kissy Lomax

I was preparing for the 2014 Tax Season when I discovered that my computer was infected with viruses and I didn’t know where to turn. I did a quick search to seek help and TechANYWHERE.net, LLC was first on the list. It was late on a Friday night and I called and got an answer. I took my computer to Rusty. I was given a loaner to use until he was able to fix mine. And in less than 24 hours, I was able to pick my computer up. I would like to THANK you for helping Roberta Lomax Tax Service get off to a great start for the 2014 Tax Season.

Review: The Royal Treatment

I have a lenovo laptop that I use for business, and I recently got strapped with a lot of adware and malware. It was slow with pesky popups and there was no way to get rid of them.  I called Rusty at TechAnywhere and am I glad I did. He was able to fix my problem remotely, and I was able to stay home and watch the process. He was friendly, and went well above and beyond in cleaning up my laptop. It works like it did when I bought it now. This was by far the most painless computer experience that I have ever had. I am glad that I found him on the web. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing computer problems. If the rating system is five star, I will give him seven and a half!

Outlook Sending All E-mail to Junk E-Mail Folder “Resolved”

To Repair:

In Outlook go to Tools > Rules and Alerts and you will find that someone has created a Junk E-Mail rule that sets no specific conditions; or specific senders; the action is “Send to Junk E-Mail Folder”; and to run that rule when mail arrives. Deleting the rule; solves the problem.
