The pop up Error is caused by the driver in the Konica Minolta BizHub C364e. If you open up Devices and Printers, then scroll to Printer Preferences and left click, you will see the Other Tab; The Excel Job Control is checked by default. Uncheck the box and save the setting. You can start printing again without locking your computer up.
