Step 1:

Left click an empty area on your Desktop.

Step 2:

Move your mouse to the bottom left corner of your screen; the Start Menu will appear.

Step 3:

Right click on the Start Menu, and left click Command Prompt (Admin). You will see: C:\Windows\system32>

Step 4:

Type this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00

Your computer will now boot to the Advanced Boot Options Menu.
